Katy Sonksen is a senior at the University of Indianapolis. She is a double major in Communication and Political Science, and is also the team captain for the Women's Swimming and Diving team. Aside from being a student-athlete, Katy is the current Production Manager for UIndy's student-run television station, UIndy TV5, and piloted the university's first ever student film festival, 317 Film Fest. As a junior, Katy was an Account Manager for Top Dog Communication, UIndy's student-run PR Firm. In her free time, Katy enjoys writing, video production, and furthering her self-proclaimed status as a coffee connoisseur.
Emily Morris is a senior at UIndy. She is majoring in Communications with a concentration in Electronic Media. Emily is from Portland, IN and graduated from Jay County High School in 2013. She currently is in the UIndy TV Production Department, but also has experience within the Promotions Department. Last semester, Emily produced her first short film, IT IS WHAT IT IS, which can be seen at emilymorrismedia.com. Her film was very successful and she only hopes to produce an even better film this semester. Over the summer, Emily had an internship at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions and worked for the Indianapolis Indians Tribe TV crew. She currently is interning at 12 Stars Media in Fishers, IN. After graduation, Emily hopes to work for a production company as a videographer and editor.
Dylan Listner is a UIndy junior majoring in Communication with an emphasis in Electronic Media. He’s currently a member of the UIndyTV production department. He’s an alumni of both Franklin Community High School and its corresponding broadcast department, FCTV. He’s done work on several short films, music videos, DVD recordings, audio dramas, and documentaries. He’s the editor and co-writer for a video game based show known as Dual Controllers and has taken part in several sports and news broadcasts during his time here at UIndy. His passions include editing, composing music, art, voice acting, writing, and trying out new ideas in the realm of video production. His plans are to become a film director after college and he’s currently gearing up for the 317 Film Fest later this semester.
Cassie Reverman, or better known as C.Rev, is a sophomore majoring in Communication and minoring in Creative Writing. This is her third semester in Applied TV and is currently the Distribution Manager for The Reflector and The Reflector Online. Her ultimate goal is to become an award winning cinematographer, director and/or screen writer. She would also like to one day work with her favorite late night show host, Jimmy Fallon and be a co-anchor for the Weekend Update for SNL.
Adam Williams is a junior at the University of Indianapolis. Adam is studying communication with an emphasis in electronic media. This is Adam’s first year in the communication department and excited to be part of the production department for UIndy TV.
