Tanner Alexander is a junior majoring in Communication and Political Science. He is the news director for UIndy TV and has been involved in the program since his first semester of freshman year. He is very passionate about reporting the news, national politics and also the movie Clueless. For the news program he is interested in being on-air. In the future, he hopes to be a political news reporter and eventually reveal the next Watergate scandal to the world.
Kaitlyn Kendall is a sophmore at the University of Indianapolis. Kaitlyn is in the News department for UIndy TV. She grew up in Indianapolis where she found an interest in television broadcasting from working with her high school, Franklin Central’s, daily announcements. Kaitlyn is a Communication Major with an emphasis in Electronic Media. As a student here she looks forward in furthering her education in news and sports for the future.
Ashley Ott is a Communication major with an emphasis in Electronic Media and Political Science Minor. She has been a part of UIndy TV5 on and off for four years. Since this is her last semester, she really wants to develop her skills as a reporter while being a part of the News Department. She also wants to advance her videography and editing skills. Some of her favorite things are makeup, watching YouTube, reading, and watching TV. She also likes long walks on the beach. Her dream job is to be a political analyst.
Malak Aldawood is a Saudi student studying Electronic Media and Journalism at UIndy. She loves delivering the news, but hates watching it. She is seeking to deliver the voice of Saudi women to the world.
Niesha Hicks is a freshman majoring in Communication with a minor in Spanish. She is currently a member of the news department. Niesha loves both radio and television and her passions are producing, editing, directing, and writing. In her free time she loves to hang out with friends, watch lots of movies, and eat her favorite food: french fries. Niesha hopes to study abroad in Costa Rica and some day have a job that allows her to use her creative ideas.
AnnaBelle Mosher is a UIndy student majoring in Communication with concentrations in PR and Electronic Media. Her passions are photography, design, and talking with people, with more to be discovered throughout her time in the Communication department. Her future dreams are to work in television, photo journalism, or entertainment.
Nancy Shannon is a freshman at UIndy and this is her first semester on the UIndy TV news team. She is majoring in Communication with an emphasis in electronic media as well as English Literature. Her main interests within the news department include field reporting and script writing. For her future career goals, she strives to work as a reporter for a news network.
